About
Shilu (Sheila) Ji is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner from The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She has 5 years of formal education in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. She received her Bachelor's degree of TCM from Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1982 and obtained her Master's degree of Medicine from Shanghai University of TCM in 1990. She was a lecturer and taught Basic Theory and Diagnostics of TCM in Anhui University of TCM and also practiced in the teaching hospitals as a TCM doctor. With her solid base of the theory of TCM and rich clinical experiences, she has been practicing TCM for more than 30 years in China and Canada.
Shilu Ji is constantly striving to become one of the best doctors in the area. She continues accumulating, expanding and improving her knowledge, skills, and services. She also has a good heart and compassion for her patients. When she was a TCM doctor and acupuncturist in Hai Hua Global Chinese Acupuncture Centre in Ottawa, she spent time to study, research, educate and practice on dystonia disease and offered a special rate for members of the Ottawa-Gatineau dystonia support group.
Shilu Ji is good at integrating Chinese herb medicine, acupuncture, needle free acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and Chinese massage (tuina). Therefore she can provide high quality treatment to her patients.
